One of my favorites is on public tv. Its America's Test Kitchen. They test whether stuff actually works and is the best.
And have you ever noticed how big Rachael Ray's mouth is? Its disturbing and mesmerising at the same time.

Second of all, Food TV fucking blows goat nuts for cooking shows. Luckily there is PBS, which despite being public television, has the BEST cooking shows going

Legoskier, I have to disagree on America's Testicle Kitchen, worst of the PBS cooking shows IMVHO. Lydia needs to go over there are smack them science geeks upside the head so they learn that cooking is not 10% art, 90% science but instead the other way around.
