Pics of some local riding

It's a slow day today so I figured I would post some pics of a couple of the supa-fun DHish trails around here. What they lack in length is made up in fun jumps and features to drop. We have so much fun riding these, it's hard to stop and get pics of some of the cool stuff to ride. Here are a few examples:

This little number is fun. You have to clear the double then immediately hit the breaks and rail the berm.

And then there is this wall. This pic does no justice to the steepness of this line, or the fins and ledges the stick out just waiting to catch a front tire and send you sprawling.

Another trail, just over the hill. Same story, fun riding with drops, techy sections, and some doubles thrown in for fun.

The first drop encountered. This one is an ass-pain since the guys who built the tranny built it way too close to the rock and you have to go really slow (disconcerting) or you easily overshoot the landing (not fun)

This drop is way better, with a smoothe tranny that lead into a berm that lead into a nice double.

How did you do on that drop in the Seq. ?

What did he do wrong in that carnage sequence? I can only assume he was a bit too far forward on the landing? Did his rear shock rebound him OTB?

We were trying to figure that out. Seems as though a few things happened. He seemed to have gotten bucked from excessive rebound from the shock, plus his front tire might have landed in some loose and squirrely dirt, combined with being a bit too far forward, tossed him. Or something like that.
