It's always a drag to open the National Enquirer in the supermarket line and realize that your favorite model or actress looks like total crap without makeup. Off the top of my head, Cameron Diaz and Pamela Anderson come to mind.
Here's one that manages the transition nicely... post-Tsunami after spending several hours hanging on to the top of a palm tree with a broken pelvis and serious internal injuries.
