.. just saw one of my climbing partners who works for Lifts and he said they load tested today and everything passed. He also said they built all the ramps too. So, they are very close.
Will be nice to have that sum-a-biaaaaatch open for the snow we get or don't get this weekend.
pic of day confirms it and this morning's (11/24) snow report says "open for thanksgiving". YA FRICKIN HOO!!!

I hope not. Gad II is some of the best storm skiing terrain at the Bird. It does seem like they've had some trouble with it in the past though. edit: I remember hearing someone on the tram today talking about a chair falling off, just kind of assumed it was the new lift at Alta, not good old wilber.
I just drove down from Alta and noticed that there are no chairs on Wilbere or Peruvian. Can't be a good sign.
