you don't need no stinkin' acl

If it means anything…I was diagnosed 6 years ago with a 75% torn ACL and I have about 10mm of slop in that knee. At the time I didn’t have health insurance so I didn’t get the surgery.
Now that I do have coverage, I still cant afford to take the time off work for 3 weeks and have someone drive me to work for another 4-6 weeks after so I’ve continued to put it off. I’m hoping for next summer maybe.
The thing I’ve learned is that you can still get out there and have a DAMN good time. I just try to keep that leg really strong with a stationary bike, wear a brace while riding, and try to pick my lines wisely.

I also spend 99% of my time in the bc which means I get less turns on it per day so maybe that has contributed to me getting by without the acl this long.
