So we can't complain about blatantly bad calls on the Pats and the 140+ yards of penalties as a result? Yes they won, we are psyched, but some of those calls were 100% wrong. I defy anyone to justify the following:
1. Dallas Clark molesting Pats safety Rodney Harrison in the end zone on a ball Harrison might have been able to intercept. No call.
2. Asante Samuel getting flagged for interfering with Colts receiver Anthony Gonzalez on a ball that was simply not catchable.
3. Ellis Hobbs getting flagged for pass interference after Reggie Wayne literally tackled him.
4 The wost and potentially most destructive call was in the 4th when Brady tried to hit Moss in the end zone for a TD despite the fact that the defender was literally holding his hand as Moss jumped for the ball. Nothing even resembling offensive pass interference occured here, it should have been a non-call.
Again, the won, super, but the win was made that more impressive by the fact that the officials did everything but taser the Pats.
