for sure. I have been in the mentoring/coaching programs for many yrs and of course benefitted from all my coaches etc
it is challenging but I honestly think it is the best thing a person can do to immediately improve their community
this is why they say "you dont have to be perfect to be a mentor"- bc of challenging situations like this.
it scares basically good people away bc they believe they need to be *perfect* when in reality you teach this young person/ people to also work through life's issues as you sometimes walk through them as well
