I had a ski buddy who had the 2wd version of that Colorado (or whatever it was called) with the I-5. He loved it and said it pulled his toy trailer just fine and it was a pretty handsome looking small rig. Black on black on black.

Yeah what everyone else said about chrome wheels. Black FTW.
Got my rig out in it's natural habitat this weekend. 33s are treating it real well.

Yeah the truck has chrome trim and diamond-plate box and edging around the bed, I kinda think black would look weird but I'll think about it.
My truck had chrome trim too. I fixed it.
Black is overplayed. If chrome would fit your truck better go with that.
Would complete the look on one of these:

Yeah that was the first idea and there's whole companies that specialize in "take-off" wheel/tire packages from the brodozer crowd but as far as I can tell GM didn't do 18" 8-bolt OEM wheels. It goes from 16" to 20" or 22" and I don't want 20s on there and for sure not 22's.
Whaaat? They're tasteful and practical.

"Everything else on the car is pure Gremlin".
Well that's reassuring.
These are on my local craigslist. I'm pretty sure they're stock. https://wenatchee.craigslist.org/wto/5558221535.html There's also a set of new 16" ones for $250.
Well they're pretty ugly but those are the first OEM GM 18" 8-bolt wheels I've seen and I've looked around quite a bit. Where there's one set there must be more, wonder why I can't find them?
I think the 16" stock aluminum wheels look good, why not those?
This truck should meet my driving reqmts:

^Cool truck, but I might like the older one more.
However, I am still partial to the 400hp Cummins in the Warrior, over the Ecoboost.
Driving requirements are for losers. This is America. Buy something that is completely ridiculous and put a Calvin sticker on the back peeing on something.
Better pic of the craigslist wheels.

Another OEM 18". These were probably optioned so less of them out there. I like these more than the old bullet holes.

My recollection is that the AWD capable 4wd transfer case is available on higher trim level F150s today.
The new ten speed tranny will be initially available only on the Raptor but will soon after be available on higher trim F150s. As I recall from my occasionally reading jalopnik etc.
no comments on 2pac's hummer!?!
It's been about 15 years since I drove a truck around as my daily driver but heading back to the daily truck life again tomorrow. Sold off my work 2500 Silverado and gooseneck trailer and selling my daily driver RAV4 as well and getting a 2014 Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. Going to be a change going from the small rav to a full size truck with a 6.5' box but I'm looking forward to it.

The Pilot?
I might be changing my mind on the new Raptor. Sweet Jesus.
All it needs is some douchey sticker about CO on the back window, and it's ready for Highlands Ranch.
