Gonna see if I can get those guys to give me a few tips on the hoppy beers I've been brewing. Fired up!!
I would add Prohibition Pig in Waterbury. If you're heading to Stowe, hit the pig. The Bantam IPA is one of the best I've ever had. Ever. Grab a Crowler or three. And the Blackback Pub across the street has awesome food and an incredible tap list. And the owner is super cool. Not sure if fiddlehead would be worth the extra drive really... Hit the alchemist early afternoon. I learned the hard way.
Sounds like a fun trip!

Cool thanks. Have a really good friend that owns Cork in Waterbury so should probably swing through to say hello. Forgot Pro Pig was brewing their own beer.

I am partial to New England but total homer. There is great beer everywhere these days which is awesome. We are living in wonderful times for beer.
I have been into beer since mid-90s and last ~5 years have catapulted the craft industry forward. Just keeps getting better [emoji482]
Trillium mosaic dry hopped fort point pale in hand currently as prime example of advancement. Boston needed Trillium cans!
