This is all about the Meidjo? I don't think anyone has ever complained that Lynx feels too soft. Usually, it's the other direction.
I have also read posts from folks who had the Lynx claw release from the boot because of snow packing while resort skiing, but I haven't experienced that.
Hop also shared his impression of the new boots in that thread.
Something unclear for the new user reviews that I’ve seen is the amount of time skiing, ie estimated vertical feet skied, especially if these boots change after a certain break-in period. 7 days nearly hot lapping Mt Lincoln chair, bell to bell, (basically most of my recent user days) will break-in a boot a lot more quickly than 7 days breaking trail on ski tours. I have a friend that just went through this with the current tx pros when transitioning from older t2’s; they went from this sucks to this is awesome after a handful of full resort days.
Hmm, freeheel might be on a little uptick, saw a lot more of you freaks at the hill this winter.
Party On
Well shit; if every body's doing it, I quit.
Here are a couple more reviews of the new TX Pro:

Something I wish Dostie had included in his informative review video is a discussion of what bindings he tried & what activity level(s).
My TX comps always felt soft to me (my resort boots are Evo WC’s), and on my stiffer/wider skis I could feel the boot shell flexing torsionally in the region between the heel and bellows — so that carbon reinforced zone in the new tx pro is just what I’m looking for.
I always see more tele skiers in-bounds early and late season.
WTF has been going on over here?
As you should

New boots = return tele for at least one full season. Gotta support those who are still investing in the tele community.

I believe you pay when they are shipped.
I also pre-ordered at the closest tele shop to where I live. There's some genuine concern about supply of boots for next year. It's a guessing game on how big the wave of new orders will be for the new boot
Customer pre-orders can help scarpa understand the demand if communication is good between retailers, reps, and scarpa.
these are telemarkers, they usually communicate in grunts to find out if anyone brought a spare lighter
