Ok RE is totally officially fucked if that double wide in the south is worth more than $50k.
I fucking love that 1960s shag pad.
My wife reached out to the agent, and unfortunately it does not come furnished. "But arrangements can be made".
I would want to preserve that in all it's beautiful lucite glory.
Everyone wants their house to look like a cheap hotel lobby, right?

At least you don’t need a ladder to get on the roof.
Sent from my iPad using TGR Forums
haha i sent that to a few people today as well, curb appeal! INW is so overpriced right now it’s silly, waterfront in north bend is cheaper than anywhere around here
Terrible interior design: the stripper poles are in the wrong place
Strippers: This is exhausting. When will this shift end?!
There's a lot going on here

Looks like rural America. Wonder if the sea chickens fan gets in fights with the cowgirls fan over the little dog?
idaho is inflating for a reason, the premise is you don’t have to give back to society. just don’t have kids in school
I wonder what the $115 gets spent on.
Def not on any of “you people”

Not much to look at from the street, and it needs a bunch of updating, but I don't hate the general layout. Put it this way, if it was in Bellingham for under $600k, I'd probably be bidding on it. That layout would suck in B'ham's climate though.

Edited to add: sold for $2.3M, wtf: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1...zillowgonewild
Also, after seeing the rest of the photos, I can see that walking through every other room in the house every time you want to go from the kitchen to the bedroom would get old. Who wants to walk across that courtyard all the time when it's 110 for days on end?
This one is certainly one of a kind: https://www.redfin.com/WA/Anacortes/...TlWt506Ke8Iwvg
^^ All the stumps and slash piles really say "Northwest living" don't they. Must be built by a local.
Yeah, it's a bit strange. Did you notice the big concrete pad that (presumably) is where another house would go that was never built? I guess it's a work in progress.
WTF?

Also, I'd love to know where the bathroom staircase goes

I like the tower, but the rest is an affront to nature.
