This is funny. I just ran across this forum and had to laugh. I laughed because i was there the night this whole thing went down.
I was in the boot area getting my new Spirit 4's molded the whole time this adimmen guy was there. Adimmen came in with his big reverse camber spatula looking skis and TLT bindings. He had such an attitude and was only concerned with bashing on the guy's working there. Adimmen didn't make it clear that his boots were on hold there and they didn't have his size in back. Once adimmen stopped being so sarcastic and bashing the guy he finally figured out they were on some hold shelf somewhere else. While the guy went in back to get his boots adimmen got on his phone to tell someone, in a loud manner, that these guys suck. Everyone in the boot area could hear him cussing.
The neptune guy came back with the boots and adimmen was just awful to him and kept demanding to get the next size down but they didn't have it. The neptune guy was trying to get his info on the ski ticket for shop work and adimmen would not give him his correct height and weight. Adimmen just kept saying to put it down like that because he didn't want to prerelease. Adimmen, don't you know you can set your own din's???
Well, all i know is adimmen was a true ass and i and all the other customers were surprised that the neptune guy took all his crap. By the way, when adimmen left the store all the customers and the guy's working there just laughed at what a front range poser this guy was.
Also, Bent Gate truly does suck. My girlfriend went in there last year to get sized for some spirit 3's. She's a size 9 women's. At least 5 guy's in there said she a was a 27.5. I could get 4 finger's behind the heel. They've mismounted my dynafit's on my goode ski's not knowing to mount the spirit's to dynafit differently. They didn't want to work with me on the mismount. I also tried to get info on a climb in clear creek canyon and no one in there could help me. Shouldn't they know, it's their backyard?
