Looks like a wind turbine generator pulled into place by the winch on the front of the two extensions. Kind of a cool idea, I wonder if they let it spin while driving in that position?

There’s a hitch-mount bike rack in back and an awning on drivers side.
I first thought the camper was homemade, but nope.

Easy to bitch about the cost of storage vessels but you'd better believe it'll be worth it when you're sitting in a really remote McDonald's parking lot crushing some fries without having to fumble around with those stupid little ketchup packets.
