Pretty baked once and went out to dinner with my wife and had one beer. Driving home I get pulled over, the cop smells one beer on my breath then says I failed the sobriety test because I was stoned, so they took me to jail. So when I blew in the breathalyzer downtown, nothing showed up so the dicks had to give me a ride home. Fun times.

Relations have been strained for some time between India and Canada, and there’s a long tradition of Sikh separatists living in Canada. No excuse for an extrajudicial killing.

Apparently there were words between him and India’s PM. Our National Security Advisor travelled to the UK instead of return to Canada with the rest of the delegation when they returned from the G20 meeting. We’ve kicked out India’s senior foreign intelligence diplomat, but I doubt the expulsions will stop there.
If "credible evidence" where the basis of expelling any diplomat then why hasn't he done that with Chinese diplomats when there is actual evidence of election interference and influencing?
JT is picking a fight India to make up for his lack of courage when it come to standing up to China. He didn't vote for a declaration condemning the treatment of the Uighur.

Probably good for me to realize, but still bullshit considering the Japanese would have taken India if not for Churchill, Never-mind the rest of the world.
Safe to say they fucking hate Canada for the same reasons. Plus harboring all these separatists.

Sure there is reason for cynicism and one doesn't need to look under any stones to find it. Actual, reportable evidence exists about Chinese plots, but it would not be politically expedient to investigate so JT has to be forced to do the minimum.

The percentage of folks that live and Canada and are calling for violence for the Khalistan homeland has to be an very small number of a very small minority - but they seem to have found a very powerful voice in our politics to the disadvantage of what I assume is a large majority of Canadians who see India for what it is, but realize we have almost no influence there, so picking fights is not in our interest.
Hey ya, maybe India was involved - but we have no usable evidence to go on here, and when the person saying it is as compromised as JT Canada comes off worse and there is absolutely no benefit.
The main credibility I give JT’s statements come from the communications provider to the UK and US govt before his statement in the house. I can’t find a formal response from the UK govt in the press, but the White House said it was "deeply concerned" about Mr Trudeau's allegations.
"We remain in regular contact with our Canadian partners. It is critical that Canada's investigation proceed and the perpetrators be brought to justice," White House National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson said.
I would hope that such comms would not be based on reasons solely associated with internal political maneuvering, and formal statements by the US would be based on some sort of credible evidence we have yet to be privy to. But I have been wrong before.
JT has never stfuck me as being that risky. He is on the back foot , 15pts down atm, but it seems way to risky to be mixing it up with India to score domestic pts
