There's one statistic buried in the numbers that I'd live to know. What has all this done to the numbers for US travelers who use Canadian airports to travel to US destinations? I know there at least used to be a fair number of VTers and Upstaters who use the Montreal airport to get to US destinations. Do folks do that elsewhere? People from my province would quite often travel to Maine for US flights. Flights were usually and more direct so sometimes the trip would be cheaper and shorter. I doubt that will continue.

I still see them daily as well, but I wouldn't put much into it. Some had already booked a vacation or bought a season pass and don't want to lose the sunk costs. Some are visiting relatives (my family extends all the way from San Diego to Vancouver). Some are right-leaning or apolitical.
