All true, but it should be even more fundamental than that. Putting aside possible consequences, it just seems to show a lack of respect for another person. I wouldn't even think of doing that to someone I didn't know, let alone a woman I was involved with. Clearly there are those who don't see it that way, but it kind of brings us back to the original question--who are these people, and what makes them think this is OK?
