Skylark Ranch (through V. Miller, also at the Saturday Davis Farmers Market) has truly excellent lamb. I was getting my beef from Lucky Dog, but they've gotten all snooty and only sell their low end trimmings at the the Farmers Market now - looking for new supplier.

This looks to be shaping up to be one of the hotter summers in Sacramento.

Rereading this thread was interesting. Ended up renting in Roseville for almost a year then buying in Auburn. We’ve been happy with it. After two years of the Squaw shit show switching to Sugar Bowl. Got married, got this pup, had a baby. Attachment 289426

I still stare at that view for a bit everyday, especially at sunset. The funny thing is I literally have been to Sacramento one time since moving here.

Auburn is still awesome- was there a couple of weeks ago, and will be in Cool for a week soon.

Ever take doggo down Foresthill Dived Rd? Lot's of great trails off of that drive.

Sugar Bowl is a good call. I wish it wasn't over the hill from me in the opposite direction! (Don't discount DSR or Soda Springs, though...)
