Rode my Jeffrey 118’s in a little bit of fresh over a VERY hard base. The upper mountain had better snow, and in the stashes of fresh I found, they were everything I’d hoped and more. They have the suspension, cruise over everything in their way feel of the Caylor, but at a lighter weight and easier swing. All this goodness is tempered by how much work they are in heavier wet snow and icy groomers. Wrong skis for the day, should’ve been out on either my Jeffrey 108’s or my wife Line Blade’s. I did get to ride the lift with one of the ski builders (Andy?). Cool dude, we had a good chat.
