To the cooking denizens, what spice recipe/profile would you expect for a Peruvian or Argentinian quartered grilled chicken? Thinking about a spatchcocked chicken for a friend's birthday gathering...any suggestions?

Our raspberries are producing like mad. Any ideas other than jam? We eat a lot and freeze a cookie sheet or two a day...

saw something on FB i think. Raspberries in food processor, some honey and into a bread tin or similar. Into freezer, and out comes what appears like a sorbet, but is really just frozen fruit. Looked delicious. Frozen both ingredients should have a VERY long shelf life.
