Drivers are selfish, agro, impatient, road raging assholes. And having driven that road almost daily over the last 30 years, it is definitely getting worse.

Yesterday was the absolute worst I've seen it in 18 years. 2.5 hours from the Beav to Silverthorne. Then another 2 hours over Loveland Pass going 4mph.

Damn, 5.5 hours from Erie to Leadville last night. We were supposed to go on a hut trip today. Got word last night that the hut was recently occupied by a big group (of kids?) that all had norovirus and had to get "rescued" by SAR.
So after discussion, we all bailed on going to the hut.
