most of the lifties in the french alps use that e2 thing.
so from what i've gathered e2 is ellipse 9 but with a rubber sole.. thus e2 doesnt work with alpine bindings but is compatible with naxo's & FR's? does anyone know how light these e2s/ellipse 9s actually are (bathroom scale..)?
The Ellipse 9s with the stock liners are definitly a little bit heavier then the Scarpa Tornados, but I'd say the shells are about the same.Quote:
