I keep telling people to not ski at Keystone because it is lame. Lone Star keeps sitting on the mountain he never leaves telling people how much it sucks at the 'stone. He knows. I know. Please, believe us!

Everyone knows that skiing inbounds is all about those sick endless cliffbands in the middle of the groomer. Keystone doesn't have this. I hear at Ski Cooper the patrollers even shovel fresh pow into the landings after each huck. Skiing isn't about linking up 3 or 4 stashes on a given run. It certainly not about dropping a boundary rope.

Keystone is for gapers. That is what makes it great. Listen to Barbrady. Move along nothing to see here. A-Basin is five minutes away!

My friends were getting on the A-Basin-to-Keystone shuttle today, putting their B4's on the back of the shuttle when the driver yells at them, "Hey! You can't put your snowboards on the back! You have to bring them inside." My friends are puzzled, wondering to whom he is speaking. To them, apparently, as he repeats himself, looking straight at them. At this point, the driver gets out and comes around to the back to verify that they do not have snowboards.

I agree 100%! When I ski there, yes I do occasionally ski there, I get comments about my Chiefs at every other lift. Did not get them in Jackson though, obviously.

I solve that problem easily by not skiing there :)

(Actually, Keystone has a lot to offer, but it's hidden or not known by most of the public. But, there are so many other places that I like more than Keystone i rarely make the time to ski there in a season)
