I guess I should've emphasized that this isn't something that I regularly do. Last night was an exception. I got between these 2 cars at a stoplight and while we were stopped, the driver from the car behind me got out, ran around my car, and lowered the tailgate on the truck in front of me. As soon as we got onto the on-ramp the truck in front would brake check me as the car behind me got so close that I couldn't see his headlights. We were the only 3 vehicles on the ramp at the time. As an insurance agent I know the insurance laws in my state and had this asshat rear-ended me then he would've been cited, paid for the damages, and any injuries that he may have caused me. These were some dumbass, ghetto, redneck kids that were going to hurt someone sooner or later by driving like complete jackasses with no other intention than to annoy other drivers.Quote:

Hmmm. Didn't realize it was a law in CO. Nevermind then, I've driven the I-70 circus myself enough to see it's not being enforced. :nonono2:Quote:

*277 is the CSP's aggro driver and drunk driver reporting hotline.
I was including the double air to flat 6 in the semi category.Quote:

But on Sat/Sun, watch out, it's a full-on demo derby.
Of the 3 people I know personally (this includes myself with an sti) who own(ed) WRXs only one was a douche.
But he totaled his so its ok.
Neither me nor the other person who still has theirs has ever gotten a ticket or warning.
So that kind of throws a monkey wrench in your "statistics".
I'm with you on the 1 lane bit, there's no need to tailgate. I was refering to interstate traffic, because a lot of PA folks don't seem to notice the speed increase when I-79 hits WV (and also camp in the left lane). No offense to yinz intended. And I admit WV drivers are far from sterling, apparently using a turn signal here is viewed as a sign of weakness. :biggrin:Quote:

HIDs on high will make people get the fuck out of the way also. :D
I get flashed for my HIDs all the time, but people get out of my way without even having to use the highbeams. Seems to do the trick for the really persistant asshats though.Quote:

I've been nabbed by one of those guns as well. Damn instant-on Ka :fuckyou:Quote:

I drive a WRX wagon. I'm also what most Americans would consider very aggro on the road, but what most Euro's & others would consider normal. I drive fast, but I'm an experienced pilot and have lots of "practice" under my belt.
Does that make me an asshat wrx driver? Depends who you are ...
Camping out in the passing lane is just one of the many things American drivers do that illustrates their clueless & all too passive beahvior on the road (I blame the automatic tranny). You'd be eaten alive in europe for doing it.
You know what pisses me off? How about people that set cruise control and then in an effort to avoid having to cancel it - god fricking forbid they have to hit "resume" - pull out into the PASSING LANE as your barreling down and proceed to pass at roughly 1 mph faster than traffic.
Move the fack over and let me pass, which will take all of 2 seconds, or deal with me driving all over your ass until you move. It's a passing lane ...Idon't care how fast you're going.
Also - getting around a slow moving passing lane camper by dodging right and then jumping back to the passing lane is NOT "cutting someone off" if you're already moving faster than they are when you come back over.
That said though what I don't do is ride up someone's arse for being in traffic. Riding up the last car's arse in passing lane traffic is truly an asshat manuever.
I have never seen a gun mounted on a cop car that wasn't sitting on the side of the road in PA. They don't have them.Quote:
