True - poker income is scalable provided your talent/work ethic is as well. I'm an underdog in a 5/10 game live or $1/2 online. Live cash $2/5 NLHE full game is my bread & butter. Really enjoy PLO as well.

For blackjack, I still have a laminated card of the table cut out of my favorite bjack book. Didn't make a system or plan out of Wendover, just did what I could on trips with friends. The noob that gets flagged by the dealer by the 2nd shuffle.

Don't know about CA to UT, but 50 skiers a week are moving from VT to JH. Maybe Greg's onto something.

Right. The general Tahoe area - acting as a distant suburb of the city - has definitely seen the same spike, although to a lesser degree. Was looking to go in on a second home around Tahoe City with some friends but not worth it at this point - I'll just hold out for the next collapse.

If I owned a place in OV I'd sell asap before living in a construction zone for the next few decades.
