You planning on spending the full 10 days at Vendul’s place? I still have 3 open days after the 22nd and am starting to think I may just stay there longer as opposed to dealing with the hassle of deciding on another stop.

OK, just want to be sure people don't get torqued out if we don't ski where we've paid for.
Another thing occurred to me: electrical plugins: Yurp has a different standard for electrical plugins, so if you have devices you're expecting to be able to plugin, like USB chargers, shavers, vibrators or robots, be sure to score at least one of the Euro socket adaptors.
And to rerereiterate, Switzerland is incredibly easy to get around in by train provided you travel light. So, while folks may have paid for a room at venduls, do not overlook the ease of checking out Davos/Klosters (3 hours), Engelberg (4.5 hours), St. Moritz (4 hours), Lugano/Como or some of the massive trams around Fiesch.
2.5 weeks!
Doesn't Switzerland have their own kinda weird electric socket? I recall getting there and the one that had worked for me everywhere else didn't and I managed to borrow one from the hotel.
Swizz uses Type J plugs, 230VAC 50Hz
Rest of Europe is C/E/F
https://www.worldstandards.eu/electr...lug-types-map/
I got a 'universal' Europe plug that has 3 different types of prongs (just trying to keep up the innuendo) that worked in Austria, France and Switzerland.
I defer to Norsemans precision here; just wanted to fire the flare o'er yer electrical device bows.
I'm outta here Wednesday so you k00ks can have some peace and quiet.
(edit: doesn't CH use C and J types? The link above says it does)
"Whereas type C plugs are very commonly used, this is not the case for type C sockets. This kind of socket is the older and ungrounded variant of socket types E, F, J, K or N. Nowadays most countries demand grounded sockets to be installed in new buildings. Since type C sockets are ungrounded, they have become illegal almost everywhere and they are being replaced by type E, F, J, K or N (depending on the country). So as to leave no doubt: only the sockets have become illegal, the plugs remain in use of course. A type C plug fits perfectly into a type E, F, J, K or N socket."
Don't know what they were called, just knew the one I had which I had been led to believe would work didn't.
So the type C plug is omnisocketual. Got it.
So hot.
do they work in Sweden?

Vendul or others with local knowledge, any thoughts on the most convenient location for renting skis (piste, not touring setup) for my wife for use beginning Sunday a.m. March 17? Will likely arrive too late Saturday night to sort that out.
Son has been sick over a week; prelim diagnosis just now is appendicitis; tough little shit doesn't complain; ultrasound being scheduled. will update.
Cut that bitchass useless little vestigal gutworm outta there.
He'll bounce quickly. Hurts for a couple days.
ultrasound inconclusive; son still not hungry; indeterminacy sucks.
