Someone in the work garage has a 918, not this racing spec though. No livery either.. kinda dig the Martini paint. And several Porsches, 740 new, Tesla. Haven't figured out who it is yet. Think he went to the UofU.

I used to get lots of track time. I miss it. I did tons of track days in my mr2, then I started instructing for scca at Miller and racing an n/a 944 spec car (tried to sell it in the padded room like 5yrs ago) so I know the thrill. That's a great looking Porsche to be sure! However, the performance isn't that dissimilar to the the racing Porsche 996 GT3 that raced in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. The Daytona Prototype drivers in the race readily complain about the MUCH slower Porsche GT3s clogging up the race course! They have to slow down for them and consider them a nuisance! LolQuote:

Agree on the fender vents; not a fan. Also like to see a ventless version of the diffuser. Everything else looks good. Except the two-tone paint.
