That was a pretty simplistic view on why it costs more IMO. Yes lobbyists are a problem but even if you went back to lodge doctors and co-ops for primary care and hospital visits that doesn’t address specialty surgical care and intensivist physicians. Things have changed somewhat since WWI.
It would help if lobbyists didn’t have so much say in how the rules are written for access and reimbursement. Many(most) physicians that I work with would readily change to a universal single payer system or a very regulated insurance system like France.
You obviously have a beef with doctors and dentist and that’s understandable but some of your anger might be misdirected.
