not acceptable. this bunch of flails is going to waste the opportunity to throw a bangin' premier event YET again. i did inquire a while ago about holding the show myself, and was told that one of the two ski shops in town had made a verbal agreement with tgr. lame, so lame. PUT ME IN THERE COACH, pull the starting quarterback and give the new kid a chance!!!
albany's where its at
New Orleans? Don't think so... But I might be able to beg the IMAX people... That would be a hell of an attempt at glory :D .
I need to have some of my college visits coincide with tour showings of movies, but alas... my college visits are over. Next year though. Boulder. IT'S ON!!!
Hey, how about updating the tour schedule to include all the new additions?
Sick and ashamed and happy (and feel free to tell me to stick it),

I work 'til 6, but then...anywhere but Tia Lou's.Quote:

There's a decent restaurant/bar attached to the showbox. Alibi room is also good and close.
How about the Virginia Inn?Quote:

Works for me.
Anywhere with liquor and food works, really.
What about a pioneer square bar crawl? Not to far away.:p
The alibi room is tiny and will most likely be packed
Big E / Huck ~ PM if you have any new info...
Any ideas on possible locations / assistance? (I'm offering it if needed - opening 2 new dealerships, so have some serious daylight time constraints, but am free in the evenings to help out.)
Ok, guys, as one of the people who sits in this office and tries to make these shows happen for you, here are a few things:
Pittsburgh: This is our first year in Pittsburgh. Willi's ski shop is putting on the show at Rex Theater. If you want to help them, please do. Acostiga, I spoke with you before. They'll probably hook you up if you help with promoting.
Albany: The show has fallen through. Anyone want to put it on??
DC: Our first year in DC, my promoter needs all the help he can get.
The shows happen in places where we find promoters. If there isn't a show in your city, it's because we don't have a contact there. If there is a show in your city the promoter could still use your help. I'd love to have more shows in the South East, but have a really hard time getting people interested there. If you're in College, often times the activities department will put on the show if you ask them to.
If you want to promote a show, or just help out, email us at http://www.filmtour@tetongravity.com we do reply! We need your help. Thanks, see you at the shows!
Before, on a weeknight? Doubt it. After, maybe. We can just go to TURF.Quote:

And that's it? How could there be no one in Calgary willing to step up to promote this bad boy? I don't want to drive to Lethbridge....Quote:

Actually, I just saw on Biglines that Freshtival is back Oct 15/16/17 - High Life was in there last year, hopefully same lineup this year.
Don't know if the Lethbridge show is going to happen. I'm super broke right now and don't have the $400us for liscensing and I'm having a hard time finding a sponsor to pay for it. But if I can get the funds together the show will be on Nov 20. Anybody who wants to come down I'll have couch/ floor space.Quote:

I'm not sure if the e-mail went through or not but if it didn't would you send what it takes to host a Detroit show.
Please send the information to sublime505@hotmail.com
City: “Darmouth” that’s funny seeing how the conservative oppressors are big in Real Estate.

According to the add in NY Metro one of the opening acts is a band that started at my high school back in the day. Huh... small world.
ill be there.. see you tomorrow night. dex and i just got back from guerrilla postering operations. lots of people interested on the street as well.. including crazy girl(s) part deux. apparently its "club avalon" for those of you that were curious.
Boston show was fun. Nice to see a show that I didn't have to be involved with in putting together. Johns Brown Body rules!
