I have a 20G with a broken screen if anyone wants it. I got a new one so I don't need it. It is the one with the 4 buttons above the wheel (non-click wheel). Works fine (except screen).

Yeah, put it inside your jacket next to your skin. Keeps the battery warm.

Go to Costco. If you don't like it, return it. Spend the extra 60$ for a new one.
