Nice! I've had people spinning on this one. Last time, my coworker down the hall actually put little pieces of tape with the correct #'s on the buttons. He thought there was a "glitch" in his computer and "fixed" it himself. I laughed my ass off when I saw the pieces of tape. He was not very happy, but did laugh later about it.Quote:

As a test of their computer skills, change their mouse movement speed to the lowest possible setting. On Windows, Control Panel/Mouse/Pointer Options/Pointer Speed. They'll have to move the mouse about a foot to get the pointer on the screen to move an inch at this setting. Fun to watch...

Gather large quantities of "holes" from the hole punch...
Attach a rubber band to a paper clip, make two of these
Punch two holes in a business card one on each end
Attach the non paper clip end of each rubber band to the bizcard
You should now have a single assembly with a paper clip on each end connected to a biz card by a rubber band...
Press paperclip to one of the pencil tray dividers...
Stretch and attach other paper clip to opposite end of tray divider...
The rubber bands should be somewhat tight...
Now begin rotating the bizcard to wind up the rubber bands... pull the top toward you... keep winding until significant tension is achieved.
Holding the bizcard steady, fill the pencil tray with "holes"... more is better.
Carefully close the drawer, releasing the bizcard just as the drawer shuts.
The bizcard will try to unwind - but it will hit the inside of the desk and stop right away. It will sit this way patiently until newb opens the drawer at which point the card spins like mad and sends the holes flying... makes one hell of a mess and scares the bejeezus out of newb. Properly done the result is a cloud of holes about 3 to 4 foot in diameter:D
so my coworker never noticed the number re-configuration on his keyboard and kept trying to log on to his computer until he got his password wrong too many times and it locked him out. he's somewhat of a stress-case to begin with and this didn't help any, but sure was funny to watch. I finally had to let the cat out of the bag after the numerous failed attempts to log on. he had to call our system administrator in a different office to change his password, but admits it was a good prank.:biggrin:Quote:
