Stay up til 3 or 4 am. Then you should be able to sleep until say 6 or 7 : )
I reject the assumption that we have to start getting up early as we age. My old man is in his 80s and sleeps until 11-noon most days. When I wake up that early, I rub one out, queue up some Bob Ross on the phone, set a sleep timer and am out in minutes.
I've recently started to have problems with sleeping. I've also been waking up at 4 and 5 AM.
I started taking 400mg/ day of Magnesium Glycinate. I sleep a little bit longer and I feel like I sleep deeper and I'm more rested when I wake up. Also, I find that I'm dreaming more. Might be worth a try.
Actually I've noticed that too if im Training hard and don't take my Supplements, my sleep goes to shit. Couple that with two small kids and / or Stress at work and I feel like
