EWG, I don't know if you've seen this one but it's an obit that went viral, which probably would have amused its subject and which made him much more widely known than he was in life, and he was pretty widely known in life, like your uncle. I encourage you to put what you have together and put it out there.

Sorry for your loss. Have a couple friends that had similar experiences ending up in the chair and made the very best of it. Very special people indeed. Sounds like your uncle lived life to the absolute fullest; that takes guts.
