At the end, the person who wrote it credited you for the information and tipping him off about it. So I am dearly sorry for accusing you of anything because obviously its not you who is spreading innacurate information but it is that blog site (indicating you as providing info and a link to your blog). People might not agree with what the USTPC is doing but its def. not OK to be spreading lies and rumors about a company, which is what USTPC is so frusrated with. I was wrong and sincerely apologize for accusing you of libel and for the tone of the email, as you did nothing wrong. Have a great season.

Some serious back pedalling going on here and over on the SAM site. I'll be interested to see if this discussion actually goes anywhere or just goes away.

I'd also be interested to see some photo's or video's of their "client's" parks

1. The Ski Area Managers SAM website published an article bitch slapping some new company (not for profit, my ass) that "certifies" terrain parks because;
a. USTPC threaten legal action, potentially, ( and of course not by them!), if you do not get "certified".
b. USTPC's science of building designs are so superior, no one will ever get hurt.
c. USTPC are flat out lying when they say, "we have no profit motive" or that they are a "legal neutral certification agency".

it is a design company in disguise, underhandedly trying to twist the arms of resorts to adopt their designs. They have already lied so much it is funny.
