Girlski, are you at the city county building (or whatever it's called)? My brother is a deputy prosecutor for Pierce Co.

Thongs in Kirkland are almost as good as all of the chotchy ball scratchers in their lifted trucks driving down Lake WA Blvd.Quote:

I dunno 'bout Seattle, but in Portland, the best is yet to come. The high for the day here usually occurs around 5:00-6:00. Already at 100 F, I can't wait to see where it finally tops off.
Girlski, drop me an e-mail. LAN2249 AT aol.com
Our courtroom is not air conditioned. I'm jealous. Gonna hafta fill the hot tub with ice and cool off this weekend. Also, my Wesphalia only has one drawback, no AC. Gonna hafta remedy that.
Girlski -- you in law school at Seattle U or UW? About to be a 3L? I might know some of your classmates.
Temper, Temper :pQuote:

Sounds like you need to get back in da river!
That is where I am headed tomorrow! No paddling though, jsut swimming in one of the spots that BB showed us that day...ahhh the relief of cold mountain water and even colder PBRs!
Weather forecast calls for only 80 in LA this Sunday- how 'bout that, Girlskier? Now if I could only break away to the beach for a few hours of v-ball and cold beers.Quote:

Head down to the water front this evening. There may be a few people out, but sitting out on the deck at Katie Downs (Drinking PRB) has to be better then the oven that is your house.
Man I am right there with you guys. Just a second ago as I tossed down a cold bud on the "porch" here at TGR, staring up at cody bowl, it must have been a solid 80 degrees.
DAMN THIS HEAT!!!
When the thermometer goes up, I've got only 2 words for you:Quote:

Wilson Beach
Learn it, live it, love it.
This hurts for soooo many reasons. A. 80 in JH versus 100 in Seattle...obviously one is better than the other. B. 80 in JH staring at Cody bowl wins over sitting in an office in Tacoma staring at a picture of Mt. Moran that I have hanging over my desk. C. My last summer in JH it was in teh 90s every day and miserable. D. I miss my hometown and my cabin at the base of the tetons more than anything......Quote:

D. Drinking a cold one staring at Cody Bowl while at work vs. sitting at a desk.Quote:

I'm going to wake up at any second to a big drool pile at my desk in SLC and realize this has all been a dream.
Drinking a beer right now sounds very good indeed!!!
Unfortunately I have about ooooooh 5 minutes til I am outa work. Then I am off to Lake Wenatchee for some camping, sitting in the lake, and drinking Pacifico with lime.
Have a great weekend to all.
Cheers!
Any one know about Big Four? It's out Hwy 92 past Granite Falls and Verlot and there is a big patch of snow with some small ice caves up against the cliffs. Good place to cool off.
My dog was damn happy for the ice cold water from hose I just soaked her with. She's runnin' around barkin' and howlin' like a fool. Alaskan sled dogs aren't meant for this hot ass weather.
HA... My parents are mmoving in to the new house out there this week. I bet they're not having much fun.
I've said it to the hookers buried in the backyard of your old SLC house and I'll say it to you, "May you never wake up."Quote:
