I got my dog back yesterday!!!
She's a year old GSP and went to be trained up five weeks ago. I missed her like mad and was worried about her settling in back home.
I didn't need to worry, we lit the fire and she soon crashed out having eaten well. She's now hunting up game in good control, retrieving live and dead game to hand and easier to walk with in general.
She's so skinny though... I think she got worms. She certainly has flees, so it's a bath and pill later.

FOund out my friends clinic just took in a momma and her litter. The mom is an aussie sheppard mix and the dad was probably a pointer. Apparently the puppies lok just like my dog only in chocolate. i still haven't gotten to see them, but i want to, it will be a blast from teh past to see my dog as a puppy again.
also, if anyone is looking for an aussie mix, hit me up, they are in NorCal

This was my original avatar. I don't know if they got the interweb over the rainbow bridge or if they celebrate halloween, But I miss these two knuckleheaded rasta freaks and I cherish the memory of this day and not just cause it dumped 2' and was the start of an epic season in the wasatch. Rex, he is the man, old man now, 15 years and 120lbs and he is still pretty ginger, but age is definitely taking hold of him. My best bud for sure.

did I mention that we have 4 new Yorkie pups ? born on thanksgiving. We're selling 3, maybe all 4 and would love to see a maggot/maggette or friends of maggots get one. We're in Boston and they'll be 10 weeks in mid February, ready to go just before we go to Brasil. I won't post prices, pedigree, etc here as not to pimp for profit but just PM or email me if you're interested. Got plenny peeps interested, we just want to see these kids get great homes.
I know, Yorkies aren't real snow dogs like the aussie cattle dog I used to have but they're not neurotic lil lapdogs, either. Scrappy lil ratters, they are.
