OG. The back ups are still unmounted af my mom’s in Seattle. As well as the rest of my quiver. They’re even prettier than the pair pictured. I did recently bring those Piste Jibs to Denver but we’ll see if they even get mounted. I’ve been super happy with those two skis for CO.Quote:

Happy to help. I haven't skied a layup I like as much as ON3Ps veneer + 22 oz fiberglass. So damp and poppy. The funny thing is, I'm pretty sure it was an accident -- I think I may have gotten one of the first pairs of wood veneer before ON3P realized they should make the rest of the layup less burly to compensate for the added stiffness of the veneer. They're reasonably stiff and certainly not light, but amazing.Quote:

We laid up a 106 Vicik with bamboo top sheets and laser etched graphics when we were trialing veneers - every batch is slightly different but those fuckers flexed like a Wren on steroids. Wonder who has those now.Quote:

The K98’s have extra carbon and I chose the 22oz fiberglass, tho I don’t know if that’s how they were laid up or if the 19oz was used. At any rate, I got exactly the performance I was after w/ the veneer + extra carbon. The backbone of a directional charger w/ the fun of a twintip all mountain ski...
Scott, really like the ON3P snowboard. My wife wants one. Fully cambered, medium flex, 148 or so.
Those C&D’s really look good. Topsheet, sure, but also the sidecut/dims.

I’m pretty impressed with them as well, both in look but very much so in dimensions. The asym looks like it works, and the edge length is the same on both sides. The weight is the most surprising part... they’re way lighter than I expected for a ski of its size. I can’t wait to ski them as I suspect they’re way more nimble than they look. There’s more tip in front of the bindings and the camber is oh so subtle, just a smidge really. Praying for deep days.
