No it's more like the projects. Those concrete monstrosities built in the late 70's, early 80's to house all those folks who couldn't/can't afford housing. Then they came up with something called sub-prime loans for people who couldn't/can't afford housing. Now they build really small sheds, and stick a kitchen and a bathroom in it, and called it a tiny house.
But back to the stock market tanking. I think we're looking at a slow and steady grind down to sub 17K by year end. I could be wrong, and the stock market goes the other way. I'm going to be like one of those high paid economist, and say there's a 50/50 chance that the market trades sideways until year end. With the added caveat, that if something catastrophic happens, then we could see some market volatility.
