Anyway, spoke to someone senior at Alterra and they do plan to open this year on schedule. The current plan is people in same household will ride the lift together.
Otherwise they will have two people on each side of a quad and only one person to a quad if they request it. Imagine all those empty seats on a pow day....

While balaclavas would seem like an obvious qualifier, I'm thinking about the converse where Delta has banned face masks with an exhaust valve.
