A poorly equipped Tahoe is $60k, while a low level Camry is $25k. Seems a little excessive

That and the Tahoe will carry 7 people, 5 in vastly more comfort. All while towing a boat or whatever behind it. It will also carry the luggage for 5 people with ease where the Camry won't. You can argue whether that utility is necessary or not but that comes in handy and is worth something.
Every Tahoe I ever see has 5-7 passengers and their gear towing a boat or trailer at all times always
