80° today and all the hotties came out to play. Today was a top 3 911 day of all time! I saw some creme-worthy goods just out rolling along thru traffic. Sorry no pics, was with the wife but Geez that McLaren and Chiron on I84 at WOT was memorable.

Somebody's going to have a nice Christmas it looks like.
No no. It was broken and being towed away. Though could lead to some Xmas upgrades...
Oh, is that the large piss spot to the right of the flatbed?
The 2025 GT3 is like 40k more than the 2024. Porsche trying to soak up those market adjustments.
Don't blame me. You asked for it.

We see everything here but what regularly tugs at the pants is the yellow F355 that gets parked on the steet a few blocks from us. Our two year old calls them all motorcycle cars.

I'm not really a Taco guy but this was a fun throwback at the auto show.

That’s gorgeous it I thought you could those fairly cheap
I thought all 928s were auto. I have seen a few 5spd conversions over the years but not on top trims.

my dad brought a friends 928 over and we rode in it, i was really impressed.

have since found out they are pretty slow, my pontiac solstice is faster; they still look good though, both the 928s and 944s look great for their age.

They always offered a manual on the 928s but autos were very common being more of Grand Tourer. That’s a final production year, top spec, low mileage example. $100k is right about where I’d expect it to come in but being BaT some dork will make it a $200k car by the time the hammer drops.
I had a nice auto one for a little while, it was very nice. And it was fast. 5.0l 32v v8. I chased down a Lambo diablo heading into Victor from Idaho falls one time. The Porsche was fast, handled predictably and had great brakes. It was easy to drive fast.
Vr4. Pristine. Rare. Beautiful https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...0c354ff202.jpg

Bwaaaaa!
My parents have been in Italy- twelve of these were eventually dropped off at this hotel, all rented by older Chinese couples. They all were being told how to drive them. After a few drove off awkwardly, the others stayed to ask more questions. No word on their eventual fate.

Possible reasons the old timers noped out:
Sure, but one guy did put the top up and down three times before moving
Chinese Downhill.
Look at all the shag carpet! https://www.facebook.com/share/1CSTmpLfZe/
Saw this beauty a few weeks back. Driven by the guy you’d expect to drive it, an aging hippy from Scottsdale.

I also had some time to burn and noticed a 2024 911 Carrera S on a lot the other day, so I took it for spin. What a beautifully luxurious car, with no hint of a soul. $180,000 and I felt like I was driving in an E class. It’s kind of sad what the 992’s did to the 911.

The only white Ferrari 250 GTO is heading to auction, so if you happen to have $30M+ laying around...

Wow. I can’t imagine the pucker factor of the poor schmuck hauler that transports that museum piece cross country from Monterey to Kissimmee for auction.
Can I interest anyone in this 918. It can all be yours for the low low price of $1.4 million. I saw it today and it is a stunner.

I also have to amend my previous shit talking on the current generation of 911 Carrera’s. That was before I had the chance to drive the new GTS with the T hybrid. Honestly, I wanted to hate it. The idea of an electric motor in a 911 was slightly offensive to me, but holy shit what a rocket ship that thing is. Absolutely zero turbo lag. You punch it and it goes….fast. The rear axle steering seemed to solve a lot of the problems I had with the 4S I previously drove. I know it’s not faster than a turbo s, but it felt faster, especially down low in the 0 to 40 range. It just felt like it always had torque all across the rpm range. I also thought it sounded great too. Not that glorious GT3 sound, but nice nonetheless.
Yes, yes I want that 918. Just let me find an ATM.....
Buddy of mine is a driver and instructor for Porsche at the ATL PEC and said when they got that 992.2 911 S-hybrid in they were shocked how it was a cheat mode GT-3. Incredible engineering.
On a sad note, I was recently reminded that the manual is only available on the enthusiast trim 911T (which I love) and the GT3 Touring. Boo.
