First time in YEARS that I've even considered a non-FiveTen shoe. I'm sure it's not stiff enough or sticky enough for DH, but still ........ looks nice.
Anyone have time in these kicks?
Bought one of these bags...

My wife has a Patagonia Black Hole bag that I hate, so I went in the opposite direction. Lots of labeled pockets...
Can you fit a Full Face and a pair of Impacts in there? I need a better bag situation for bike park weekends.
Edit to add: I fucking love our 40L Black Hole Bags for clothes. Too small for gear though.

This bag looks nice. I have the Dakine Boot Locker 69. I love the separate compartment for shoes/and dirty gear afterwards. (Also fits ski boots in winter)
But I like the ideas of more divided compartments and the backpack straps.
My Dakine bag transfers from ski gear/boot bag to Bike bag come April.
We have a couple Dakine Rangers for bike use. COVID kept all our riding local last year so they’re still on the shelf. With our weather and usual conditions we don’t need much compartmentalization in the bags- worst case scenario is cowshit, in which case I’d use a trash bag for the affected gear.
New 35mm Sid Select showed up. I didn’t realize I ordered the remote version but with the grip shift setup I’m pretty stoked to give it a go.

The lockout is grip shift actuated? That's cool, I haven't seen that before.
They still make Grip Shift? Wild.

My Izzo has a Grip Shift lockout for the Rear. Most the online chatter is vehmently against it, but I'll see how it goes before swapping to a lever.
This should work better...Attachment 365967
Finally got my Giant Trance out on the trails with the Works Components 1.5 degree headset installed. Transformed the bike, it is so much more composed on fast descents and the cornering has substantially improved as well. Trying to get another 2 years out of this bike and hope that will solve the supply issues.
Been gathering parts for a new build so been buying things all the time, the big move this week was ordering a set of Nobl TR32's w DT240exp's.
Went for the 240's because why not? That and availability of Hydra's in any color that made sense was maybe May, trying not to play the maybe game this year.
Not today, but Friday I bought an Orbea Occam M10. The trails are still snowy and muddy so I haven't ridden it yet. Probably going to buy a couple chunkier tires for it on Monday.
200mm PNW Loam dropper and lever. Shimano PD M520’s.

Jamis Renegade S3. Been looking for a do-it-all bike, and picked this up at the LBS while they are still available.
Got it weeks ago, but first tide today.

You gonna ride up here a bunch with that beast, EOB?
Some nice bluetooth headphones for my rides. Pro tip, get the ones without the cord behind your neck, unless you like cold plastic rubbing against your sensitive skin
Good one. Their line up looks a great addition to bikes sold here. Hows their availability? Are you able to get some eebs too? Just out of curiousity

Rad - thanks for the reply. Post up how the install goes, and whether you like em! Would love to hear. Would like to be able to drop my seat a little lower than my 175 Reverb allows.
Got my Mezzer mounted up a month or so ago. It's stiff! Still dialing in the various pressures and suchness, but mostly skiing these days.

The Epic Evo got some goodies today.
She was a bit jealous of the Switchblade with it’s Runt and i9 315c’s
Runt for the 34sc
Industry Nine UL280c
I’ll switch the stock wheels back to tires that are a bit more fun.
Only have a little bit of time with the Runt in the 36 but I think I’m sold. As someone who likes their fork a touch softer and with multiple tokens, it feels like it’s better mid stroke with a less harsh ramp. Still plush off the top, but more linear through the stroke.
New chain, cassette and chain ring to start the season off. Plus now I've got to track down a new low speed compression knob for my fork. I wonder where that little guy went?
Pulled trigger today on 2021 Fox X2 for the SB150. Just about the last item needed to make my bike totally pimped out and ready for race season.
plunged and bought an old stock nomad AR from evo. been about a decade since i owned a bike, this gonna hurt
Serviced my fork. Feels like an upgrade!
OneUp carbon bar, 203 mm front rotor, XT 4 piston caliper, PNW grips, fresh Minions and a suspension service for my Hightower. Can't believe I found it all in stock.
I just did full service on both DH forks and both E-Trail bike forks. Loooong over due. We don't have an off season here.
4 forks is a chunk of coin.
Got that GG from Smmokan. Freshly reassembled. Pic really doesn't do it justice.

I am aware the porch needs work. I rent.
Your chain looks to be on backwards Stuckie
[emoji6] that's a good looking bike!
Wait, what? That would actually explain something, but that's how it came. It's a Sram Eagle chain, not a Shimano.
You can make it up to me if you buy me some blinker fluid.
I got a smoking deal on another FAT bike for GF, I was thinking an entry level FAT bike was gona cost me somewhere < 2K if i can even get one but a bike came up on FB so I got a 5 yr old Norco Bigfoot 6.2 for only 600 $, from some horse people ( lotsa money ) who never rode it
Some things are a little down spec on a 5 yr old FAT bike but its > fine !
