Yeah, the powder is where it's at most of the time but if it's skiing, it's all good (except for the jibbing deal which I don't do). But as for the moguls, we all had to start somewhere! Actually, the background as a bumper plays well into being a good powder skier. With moguls, like powder, it ain't all about carving (although carving a turn is also a good skill to have to be an all-conditions skier). A lot of great powder and big-mountain skiers were mogul skiers/competitors in years past, including the likes of Hattrup, Plake, and a bunch of others.
