The roads in my town are not plowed in winter. We walk, ski or snowmobile everywhere. There are quite a few dogs in town, several of whom roam free all the time. Springtime meltout is known as dogshit season as 6-8 months worth of turds start appearing. Fkn nasty.

The steam or smell lines coming off the poop are a nice touch.
Most front wheel drive cars understeer at the limit. Unless you change the suspension setup, a quick flick to the right before making the left tends to preload the suspension and reduce understeer. I've never driven a 50 ton crane enthusiastically to see if it reacts the same as a Corolla, or Camry.Quote:

I was picking some lettuce last night when two of them pull up and park in front of the fence then hop out and proceed to walk all over the strip I seeded with wildflowers a month ago. They don't look like much now, probably a bunch of weeds if you don't know what they are, but I've already mentioned it to them a couple of times. I must have had steam coming out my ears so they ran in the house before I could ask them to fuck off. Just noticed some damage on my wife's car (I have been driving her car this week). Two big scrape marks, and one weird circular mark. I never hit anything, so no idea where or when this came from. Probably from someone parked next to me in the park and ride garage, but no way to know. Fuck.

That circular mark looks like it came from a belt buckle. Did you notice any short men wearing western belt buckles hanging around the car recently?
I knew someone would say that. And possibly so. She never rotates her tires and one tire has a plug that is failing so that tire is constantly having to get air, so who knows?Quote:
