Wow. Time to sic the donkey on that driver for a solid kick in the nads. What a jerk! Can't believe it took so long for you to (kinda) get your order.

Fokkers! lmfao.
Goat - sorry to hear all this Chute 75 misfortune. I took a young guy in there once after a slide and he went headfirst into a frozen block of avy debris and cracked it in half. Thought he'd broken his neck but, no, the young are far more resilient than us old fucks. My gf being a case in point. If you want any herbacious advice (not pot) there are some essential oils that really helped heal my broken back. I did C3 as well and it still haunts me to this day but has been feeling a whole shitload better with cbd. Props on the attempted single pole turnaround attempt! I've only had to do it once and the sliding descent was fukkin scary as hell headfirst looking up knowing there were trees ahead.
Ready to rally... With summer tires.

I wasn't aware there was such a thing as a "minor" acetabular fracture.
feel better, doc. yikes. good job not dying.
My 12yo (13 tomorrow, fuck...) daughter picks the crispy bits off her bacon. I feel a little absurd lecturing her about eating ALL of her bacon....
When people call Braver Creek "the beavers"
I'm not sure about that. My wife had a tibial plateau fracture--the worst of several knee injuries that led to having both knees replaced. She recently broke her distal radius and ulna. 6 weeks in a cast, didn't heal properly, minimal use of her hand, headed for surgery as soon as I'm able to look after myself and her. OTOH I'm pretty sure I'll be back to pre-injury status once I heal up.
BTW she broke her arm getting out of the spa, so while I should probably dial it back I'm not sure it makes much difference.
"You apes wanna liver forever!?!?"
Sounds like I got lucky. Surgery on the tib (cadaver bone) and wore a soft brace. My wrist was set and they put a cast on my entire arm (arm looked like I was doing a shadow puppet of a goose). I did have to be in a wheel chair for two months since I didn't have use of my entire right side but I was skiing seven months later and have full use of both with no lingering issues ( doing yoga, skiing, hiking etc. etc.)
I did have a lot of intense physical therapy.
People that work their way up towards the front of the lift line maze, only to decide they're going to wait for their friends that are at the back of the line. So they sorta step to the side and clog everything up.
Im annoyed that my back still hurts too bad a week after hitting a rock to make skiing all this fucking pow enjoyable. Oh and that my fucken achilles hurt too bad today after yesterdays double ejection from powderblind skiing into a avy bomb hole to go touring today in that fucking goddamn blower pow.
Fuck im fucking annoyed

I'm curious as well.
