Yeah I should have mentioned valters being pricey. They also require a deposit on a reservation. I think they figure it at roughly $100pp total. I was shocked at that. Very good food though.Quote:

I will report back via TR (in this thread) on if it stacks up with the real shit in Nashville. I think it will be a good prognostication on how the SLC Hot Chicken will be as well.
very curious, it looks good but the proof is in the hot coating.....
I went to laid back poke shack for lunch today. They made a couple updates to their menu, lowering some prices and adding free toppings (edamame, pineapple, mango, radishes, etc). Definitely recommend it.
