200 Lotus 138s and Dynafit TLT Speed Lite
Eh, okay, slightly relevant info:
Live in CO, but travel in west a few times per season for big storms.
Have other alpine mounted skis, including 193cm 03/04 Big Daddy as "next biggest."
Tour a fair amount, but rarely long/epic tours, mostly laps and half days.
This will be the only touring setup for wintertime.
I do own Dynafit compatible boots.
EDIT: heh, cj, sell it all and replace? Pretty high transaction cost...
Dukes on Lotus; 916s on Praxis.
OR Dynafits for the Lotuses.

While keeping the 120s to 1 drilling would be nice, IMVHO they'll tour better than a true rockered ski, I can only guess at the hell that is the 'duct on rocker/reverse skis.
Therefore, 120s+dukes.
And then sell the 916s to finance a second set of dukers for the praxii.
You know the rule, alpine bindings on funshapes are dumb b/c eventually you will want to tour on them.
And, you still are going to need a non-funshape touring option, please tell me you didn't offload all of the sugar daddy based options.
i'd say pop the dukes on the praxxis. if they are terrible to tour on, then switch it around. no reason to pull perfectly good bindings off of the 120's at the moment. unless you want to tele those. but well, you'd still want dukes on the praxxis at that point anyhow.

Another option is to make a firm decision to slap the dukes on the 120s and to ski those hard for a month or two to see how you like the whole duke shebang. If it really works all over for you then putting those on the praxii also would make sense (btw - I think that over some of the other people here that provided there's no fuckup with them or thing you hate, you of all people are a strong candidate for using them as true "everyday" bindings). Marshal's point is probably the more sensical version of that equation though.
As for rontele- at least I don’t get stuck with all of the panty wringing whiney decision making process you're stuck with. There is never a doubt as to what to mount, never a doubt what setup to use and never a worry about pre-release. Of course, Yoss is a big grandma and always skis R8s like it is 1993 or something.
