Anyone need a place to live in Denver? (NSR)

Getting a place down in SW denver soon near Chatfeild and Waterton Canyon.
Pretty much can move in anytime after March 9th.

Literally 5 minutes from the beginning of the Colorado Trail.
Hour and a halfish to summit driving nice and normal like.

Im quiet'ish, clean, no pets (maybe a cat soon in the future), no smoking, laid back blah blah, would like the same I suppose. At least just be respectful if its late and clean up after yourself. Good amount of storage, lots of room for furniture, nice new home. Couple of different living options as far as bedrooms and baths. 2 car garage so you could use that as well.

Looking for something like 500 + half utils.

just south of there in Roxborough.
Despite being far from other stuff, its got a really nice new safeway less than a mile away and a nice new shopping center as well.

A lot closer to roxborough state park and waterton canyon\COTrail too

At least for the short-term in teh summer due to her apt. being too small for us to live there and her survive her allergies.
