Getting a place down in SW denver soon near Chatfeild and Waterton Canyon.
Pretty much can move in anytime after March 9th.

Literally 5 minutes from the beginning of the Colorado Trail.
Hour and a halfish to summit driving nice and normal like.

Im quiet'ish, clean, no pets (maybe a cat soon in the future), no smoking, laid back blah blah, would like the same I suppose. At least just be respectful if its late and clean up after yourself. Good amount of storage, lots of room for furniture, nice new home. Couple of different living options as far as bedrooms and baths. 2 car garage so you could use that as well.
