BCAccess/Naxo service and warranty is great!

On their second trip out, the 'keeper washer' metal thingy that holds the bottom of the toepiece bolt in the toepiece assembly of my Naxos failed resulting in a "floating" toepiece (luckly it was still skiable). I e-mailed the Back Coutry Access folks in Boulder (CO distrubutor for Naxo) about a warranty repair and they immediately replied back: after stopping by their office that afternoon, the BCA folks ended up replacing the entire toepiece for me as I waited! Props to BCA for standing by their products!
