FOBP On-Snow Avy Course; 01/13/07 & 01/14/07
Hello Friends,
Hope everyone has had the opportunity to get out & enjoy some excellent early season conditions. The Pass has been getting some good snow and is shaping up for yet another great season.
We are pleased to see so many people invest their time into learning more about backcountry safety. Our Classroom Sessions reached out to hundreds of people both along the front range & the mountain communities. Many of you have been anticipating the On-Snow portion of our class, and we are gearing up to make these the best yet! Many thanks should go out to Halsted Morris as well as our Volunteer Avy Facilitators who have all successfully completed our own Facilitator Training course with Halsted.
We are now ready to take reservations for the On-Snow portion of our Avalanche Class! Participants from previous years' FOBP On-Snow Sessions have been boasting about the incredible benefit & value from being out in the field applying what they had learned in the classroom.
